The organisation encourages all its workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or supply chains. This includes any circumstances that may increase the risk of slavery or human trafficking. Employees, customers or others who have concerns can speak to their line manager or our management team if they have any concerns.

Employee handbook & induction

Our Handbook clarifies to employees the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing the organisation. The organisation strives to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when operating abroad and managing its supply chain. New employees are made aware of how to identify signs of modern slavery and the next steps to take if they suspect it is taking place within our business or supply chain.

Recruitment/Agency workers policy

The organisation uses only specified, reputable employment agencies to source labour and always verifies the practices of any new agency it is using before accepting workers from that agency.

Due diligence

The organisation undertakes due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reviews existing ones.
